ProdPoll is a pricing validation platform that allows users to create projects, configure pricing options, and gather feedback from the community to make informed pricing decisions. The Service includes features for project submission, pricing configuration, voting, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to ProdPoll, including project descriptions, images, and pricing configurations ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use and share the User Content

• Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person or entity

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, your personal information will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Pricing feedback and analytics provided through the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional financial or business advice. You are solely responsible for your pricing decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRODPOLL AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ProdPoll and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
